PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking help in finding 13-year-old Lloyd Statts IV, from the 500 block of Homestead Road in Wilmington, DE, who went missing after leaving a location on N.15th with his cousin.
Lloyd is 13 years old, 5’3″ tall, 156 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. There is no clothing description at this time.
