Manheim Man Charged with Felony Drug Delivery Resulting in Death

MANHEIM TWP, PA — Manheim Township Police have charged a man with Felony Drug Delivery Resulting in Death and related offenses.

Authorities state that Jeffrey Warren Shackelford, a 46-year-old male from Manheim, PA, has been charged with Felony Drug Delivery Resulting in Death and related offenses after he allegedly sold heroin, cocaine, fentanyl, and tramadol, to another person. Police say Shackelford used a cellular telephone to make the arrangements for the sale. The purchaser subsequently injected the heroin, cocaine, fentanyl, and tramadol, overdosed, and died as a result.

Shackelford is charged with the following offenses:

  • Felony Drug Delivery Resulting in Death
  • Felony Criminal Use of Communication Facility

A criminal complaint was filed as Shackleford was already incarcerated on unrelated charges.
