Man Wanted for Stealing from GIANT Food Store

RICHLAND TWP, PA — The Richland Township Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred on 6/25/21 at the Giant store on S West End Blvd in Richland Township, Bucks County.

Authorities state the suspect is a white male approximately late 40’s to mid 50’s with a white goatee, wearing a tan baseball hat, gray t-shirt, blue jeans and white shoes. The male entered the store at 5:54 PM and made multiple selections to include $101.07 in identifiable merchandise, though the true value was likely $300-400. The male had taken plastic bags from the checkout registers numerous times inside the store and used them to conceal the unpaid merchandise. The male took his selections to the self-checkout where he scanned approximately $24.03 in merchandise, paid in cash and fled the store at approximately 6:38 PM in a blue/black older model pickup truck. The vehicle appeared to have multiple stickers on the rear windshield.
