WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of 32-year-old Josh Graham on drug charges.
Authorities stated that on January 26 at approximately 1:06 p.m., members of Wilmington’s Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division made contact with Josh Graham in the 3000 block of North Market Street. Police reportedly recovered 21.1 grams of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, and took Graham into custody without incident.
Graham has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 2 Quantity
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $6,500 secured bail.
