Man Accused of Wilmington Burglary Arrested

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of wanted 30-year-old Calvin Warren in connection with a burglary incident.

Authorities stated that on February 11 at approximately 5:49 a.m., police responded to the 1000 block of West 25th Street in reference to a burglary that had occurred. Through the course of their investigation, officers identified a suspect vehicle, which was located in the 1100 block of East 12th Street on February 12 at approximately 11:37 a.m. Police took the driver of the vehicle, 30-year-old Calvin Warren, into custody without incident and recovered proceeds from the burglary.

Warren has been charged with the following offenses:

  • Burglary (Third Degree)
  • Theft Over $1,500

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $2,500 secured bail.
