LANDISVILLE, PA —East Hempfield Township Police Department announced the arrest of 21-year-old Burlin Damir Miller Jr. of Lancaster on February 21, 2023.
Miller has been charged with Rape, Sexual Assault, Indecent Assault Without Consent, and Indecent Assault Forcible Compulsion in connection to an incident that occurred on September 8, 2022, in the 100 block of Colonial Crest Dr.
Miller was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Chudzik on February 21, 2023, and given $100,000.00 unsecured bail.
Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
