Honey Brook Man Caught After Being Wanted for Retail Theft

EAST EARL, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J, Embreeville announced the apprehension of 47-year-old Charles P. Cairns of Honey Brook on March 10th at 6:30 AM.

Cairns was wanted for Retail Theft and Criminal Conspiracy in East Earl, Lancaster County. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Gill on separate charges in Chester County on March 10th.

Judge Gill set his bail at $5,000. On March 15th, Cairns was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Heisse on Retail Theft charges. Judge Heisse set his bail at $5,000 and he was remanded to Chester County Prison to await further court proceedings.
