READING, PA — HOMEE has partnered with the Restoration Technical Institute (RTI), a training and software firm. The collaboration is set to launch HOMEE University, a cutting-edge learning management system designed to equip service professionals with the tools they need to excel.
HOMEE University combines the technological prowess of HOMEE, which simplifies the claims process by linking insurers, policyholders, and skilled service providers, with RTI’s extensive library of industry training resources. The result is an on-demand learning platform that offers comprehensive training to both new and existing members of the HOMEE community.
Larry Nettles, Vice President of Pro Operations at HOMEE, highlighted the mutual benefits of the partnership. “We are investing substantial resources in our HOMEE Pros,” he said. “Our aim is to create the highest performing network in the industry and become the claims marketplace of choice for carriers. Offering a differentiated training experience is a crucial part of achieving this goal.”
Lisa Lavender, COO of RTI, also expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. “We are honored to support HOMEE Pros with our specialized training, software, and resources,” she said. “This partnership aligns perfectly with our passion for helping restoration contractors develop their teams and grow their companies.”
As part of its initial rollout, HOMEE University will offer a series of micro-learning courses designed to quickly familiarize contractors with HOMEE’s technology suite, particularly the user-friendly Pro Portal. Additionally, contractors will have access to a wealth of resources and content specifically curated to foster growth and success within their teams and companies.
By merging innovative technology with robust training resources, HOMEE University represents a significant step forward in contractor education. This partnership aims to strengthen the P&C insurance industry by empowering contractors with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional service, solidifying HOMEE’s claim as an industry leader.
