PHILADELPHIA, PA — Bridgeport Properties Coates St, LLC, a Bridgeport-based developer, has announced the launch of a landmark project, The Townhomes at Merion Pointe in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, as the borough’s largest new construction housing development in thirty years, comprised of thirty-six townhomes.
The townhomes are conveniently located 4 miles from King of Prussia and Conshohocken, respectively, and a twenty-five-minute drive to Center City Philadelphia.
Joseph Lombardi, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, Co-Founder and Partner of Bridgeport Properties, LLC, and Architetra said, “We see Bridgeport as a charming, desirable and well-established community, that is ripe for revitalization — a vision which we have dedicated ourselves to on various projects including renovating Taphouse 23, building the borough’s first Zero Energy Ready townhomes, and now bringing even more upscale multi-family residential offerings to stimulate further growth in the area.”
The Townhomes at Merion Point were designed by Architetra p.c. a Paoli, Pennsylvania-based, an award-winning architectural firm, and constructed by M.J.T Builders, a highly regarded Conshohocken-based residential builder.
“The whole idea behind Merion Pointe’s site planning was to preserve and pay homage to the vistas of the borough, and to create townhomes that are new and modern, yet that fit seamlessly within the existing historic urban-suburban vernacular,” he said.
Merion Pointe townhomes are available in three model options ranging from 1,800-2,200 square feet of living space with 3- or 4-bedroom options and 2-3 bathrooms, for which buyers can select custom finishes. Each townhome has a rear-loading 2-car garage at the basement level. The main level floor plan includes living, dining, kitchen, and powder rooms, 9-foot ceilings, hardwood flooring and a maintenance-free deck. The kitchen features 42″ designer wood cabinets, a breakfast bar/island, GE stainless steel appliances, pantry, and built-in desk area. The 2nd floor features bedrooms and full bathrooms, with a 3rd-floor master bedroom option. Features include large closets and wall-to-wall carpeting and a large walk-in laundry room. Luxury bathrooms feature cultured marble-topped vanities, mirrors, ceramic tile flooring, and tub/shower surround. Stylish lighting fixtures are found throughout the townhomes.
Lombardi said, “Merion Pointe brings together large-size townhomes, convenience and luxury that meet today’s buyer’s demand.”
18 of the 36 units have been sold.
Bridgeport Properties has a similar size site to Merion Point planned for development soon.
