Help the Philadelphia Police Department Catch These Suspects: Can You Identify Them?

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department Shooting Investigation Group is seeking the identification of two suspects captured in surveillance footage for an open investigation. The victim in question was shot on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 7:23 PM, outside 900 Filbert Street. Released footage shows the suspects on multiple cameras before and after the occurrence.

The first suspect is described as a black male with light complexion. He has facial tattoos and was wearing a blue and white hat with a red brim, sunglasses, a black jacket with a white graphic over the left chest area, gray jeans, white sneakers, and a backpack.

The second suspect is a black female. She has a heavy build, light complexion, and was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with a graphic on the chest, gray shorts, black square sandals, and has leg tattoos.

If you happen to spot any of these suspects, do not attempt to approach them and contact 911 immediately.
