PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Major Crimes Unit of the Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s aid in identifying the victim (pictured) of an assault that occurred on June 3, 2023, at the intersection of Bustleton and Philmont Avenues. The incident happened as a large, reckless crowd was driving dangerously in the middle of the intersection, performing “donuts” and “drifting”.
