PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department’s Central Detective Division is appealing to the public for assistance in locating a 14-year-old missing juvenile, Jinae Harvin-Whitmore. She was last observed on the 800 block of N. 20th St. on Monday, May 1, 2023, at 10:00 AM.
Jinae is 5’0, weighs 120lbs, has a dark complexion, brown eyes, straight hair, and was wearing a black shirt, gray Gap shirt, and blue scarf when last seen.
