MEDIA, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced that Troopers from Media Barracks are on the hunt for 61-year-old Victor Thomas Folkman.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on February 28, 2023. Authorities stated that Folkman is a sexually violent predator who did not register his current address. He is known to travel into Philadelphia.
Any person with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Pennsylvania State Police at (610) 558-7079.
