Help Identify a Suspect in Theft/Access Device Fraud in Berks County

BERKS COUNTY, PA — Do you know this man? The Pennsylvania State Police with Reading Station are investigating a theft/access device fraud incident and would like to speak with him.

The Victim’s employer sent him a prepaid debit card as a reward for a contest at work, however, the Victim never received the card in the mail. An unidentified individual intercepted the mailed card at some point, activated it, and used it at several ATMs in Berks County, specifically the Womelsdorf, PA Rite-Aid and Bethel, PA Sheetz. The card was preloaded with $1,000.00; the perpetrator withdrew $988.96 from the card between May 4, 2022, and May 8, 2022.
