Have You Seen This Man? Philadelphia PD Wants Your Assistance

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual captured in a video clip.

Authorities allege that the as-yet-unidentified black male unlawfully entered the Susquehanna Village Real Estate Company on West Susquehanna Avenue at around 10 pm on May 1, 2023. He stole a cart of tools, an iPad, and other items from the maintenance and management offices. Upon leaving, the suspect was attired in a coverall, headband, and mask.

The suspect is described as having a medium build and wearing a dark hooded jacket, dark pants, and gray sneakers.
