Have You Seen This Man? Authorities in Philadelphia Seek Arson Suspect

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Authorities in Philadelphia are seeking the public’s help in identifying an arson suspect.

The Philadelphia Police Department released a statement saying that on February 4, 2023, an unknown black male set fire to items outside a house on the 2000 block of W. Venango. Surveillance footage from the scene shows the suspect walking away from the scene after setting fire to several flowerpots. The suspect is described as being in his late 30s, with a red hooded sweatshirt, gray pants, blue baseball hat and black sneakers.
