PHILADELPHIA, PAHistoric Philadelphia and the Museum of the American Revolution have announced Fourth of July Weekend at the Museum, packed with revolutionary activities for all ages!

Over the course of five days, from June 30 to July 4, 2023, visitors can immerse themselves in the stories of America’s past and celebrate our shared history. Enjoy access to daily events and special exhibitions at the museum, as well as an array of specially curated programming, including a naturalization ceremony for new American citizens, live performances recounting the stories of inspirational figures like Elizabeth Freeman and James Forten, and a hands-on program where children can join the Continental Army and get hands-on with historic equipment!

Prepare to be amazed by the sights and sounds of Independence Day Weekend in Historic Philadelphia, as we honor the legacy of the American Revolution and the visionaries who made it happen.
