PHILADELPHIA, PA — On Thursday, in a virtual gathering for its 69th Annual Meeting, Enviri Corporation (NYSE: NVRI) stockholders cast their votes in favor of significant company proposals.
All nine board nominees were elected to serve until the 2025 Annual Meeting. Additionally, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has been ratified as the Independent Auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
Further resolutions passed include the Non-Binding Advisory Votes on Executive Officer Compensation and the Amendment No. 4 to the 2013 Equity and Incentive Compensation Plan, signaling shareholder support for the company’s executive compensation strategy and equity incentive framework.
