WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of 22-year-old Marquan Berry-Mills on drug charges following an investigation.
Authorities stated that on March 3, at approximately 1:17 p.m., members of Wilmington’s Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were conducting an investigation in the 700 block of North Washington Street. Officers reportedly observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Officers conducted a pedestrian stop on 22-year-old Marquan Berry-Mills, who was taken into custody without incident. Police recovered 9.9 grams of crack cocaine.
Berry-Mills has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
He was arraigned Justice of the Peace Court 20 and was released after posting $7,000 secured bail.
