PHILADELPHIA, PA — FCM Hospitality and owner Avram Hornik announced that Lola’s Garden, Juno, Parks on Tap, Morgan’s Pier, Harper’s Garden, Craft Hall, The Garden at Cherry Street Pier, Walnut Garden, Concourse Dance Bar, Rosy’s Taco Bar, Dolphin Bar, Liberty Point and NoChe will all work to help raise funds during the month of June in support of two Philadelphia-based LGBTQ charities through its annual Cocktails for a Cause initiative.

Drink the rainbow of the LGBTQIA pride flag with each property featuring a cocktail inspired by a color of the rainbow. Since FCM now has more than 11 properties, look for NEW properties to join the line-up and double up on the drinks from the list. One dollar from each cocktail sold beginning June 1 (June 1-30) will go to support the William Way LGBT Community Center and the Attic Youth Center. FCM Hospitality will compile donations from all venues and equally divide them between the organizations selected for their dedicated work and ongoing efforts to focus on intersectional populations.

Additionally, FCM Hospitality will host Pride in the Park, a celebration of Pride Day at Parks on Tap on Saturday, June 17 from Noon to 6:00pm at Dickinson Square Park (1600 E. Moyamensing Ave.). The event will feature a lively day of music, great food and a host of cocktails, specifically the Orange Mango Margarita, featuring our house tequila, triple sec, orange, mango and lime. Symbolic given the orange represents the orange on Philadelphia’s Gay Pride flag.

“FCM Hospitality has always been proud to celebrate and support Gay Pride Month in Philadelphia,” said Hornik. “Advocacy for LGBTQIA+ groups within our community is a tenet of who we are as a business and Cocktails for a Cause is one way for us to lend resources in support. These charities among others are doing amazing work right here in Philadelphia; we feel this is our way of supporting their cause when the focus on gay and queer issues has an intense spotlight.”
