DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is set to initiate a significant resurfacing project on U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike) in Delaware County, promising substantial impacts on local traffic flow.

From Monday, September 16, through Thursday, September 19, alternating lane closures will occur nightly between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM, stretching from the Delaware State line to Oakland Road in Concord and Chadds Ford townships. These essential improvements aim to enhance road conditions but are expected to cause notable delays and require commuters to plan for extended travel times.
