COLUMBIA, PA — A Columbia man is facing allegations of domestic assault. Neil Scott Martin, 52, was implicated in an incident that occurred on January 6, 2024.
According to the Columbia Borough Police Department, the alleged act of simple assault took place at approximately 4:31 p.m. on the 600 block of Walnut Street in Columbia, Pennsylvania.
Following the incident, an officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges against Martin, marking the beginning of the legal proceedings.
