Cash, Cocaine and Oxycodone Seized During Drug Arrest in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, DE — A 19-year-old man has been arrested by the Wilmington Police on drug charges.

Ta’seer Tillman was apprehended on Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver and related charges on June 10, 2022.

Authorities state that members of Wilmington’s  Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division conducted a vehicle stop in the 100 block of North Franklin Street.  Police made contact with the operator, identified as Ta’seer Tillman.  Following a brief investigation, police recovered 2.3 grams of cocaine, 2.1 grams of marijuana, 3.5 Oxycodone pills, drug paraphernalia, and $942 in currency.  Police took Tillman into custody without incident.

Tillman was charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic violations:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver (2 counts)
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and released on $5,200 unsecured bail.
