Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority Utility Improvement to Close Route 413

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority will be performing utility construction on Route 413 (Langhorne Newtown Road/Pine Street) in Langhorne Borough and Middletown Township, Bucks County, beginning Wednesday, March 15.

The work schedule and location are:

  • Wednesday, March 15, through Wednesday, March 22, a 24/7 closure is scheduled on Route 413 (Langhorne Newtown Road/Pine Street) between Winchester Avenue and Bridgetown Pike. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Bridgetown Pike, Holland Road, Route 532 (Buck Road), Bristol Road, Route 213 (Bridgetown Pike), and Route 213 (Maple Avenue).

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.

Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
