PHILADELPHIA, PA — Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) announced its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share and OP Unit. The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2024, to holders of record as of July 3, 2024. This quarterly dividend equals an annual rate of $0.60 per share.
Brandywine will release its second quarter earnings after market close on July 23, 2024. The company will hold a conference call to discuss the results on July 24, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
