CHESTER, PA — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Fox & Roach, REALTORS® announced the recent grand opening and ribbon cutting of a new Chester City Sales Office.
The Chester office is part of BHHS Fox & Roach’s strategic expansion between northern Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania, increasing access to homeownership opportunities in minority and underserved communities.
“We are pleased to open the Chester City sales office to better serve this community,” explains BHHS Fox & Roach CEO Larry Flick, V. “We want to have a positive impact in the diverse communities we serve to help more people achieve their goal of owning a home,” he adds.
Longtime BHHS Fox & Roach sales professional Gary Williams is the driving force behind opening the office and nurturing his connections to the Chester community. Williams will be working out of this office and is committed to delivering excellent service to the Chester community.
“I am so excited for this new opportunity to expand the homeownership possibilities here,” adds Williams. In line with his commitment to this community Williams coordinated a canned food drive to benefit City Team, a local homeless shelter just blocks away from the new office location. “The opening of this office and this food drive demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to the community and reflects my values and mission to give back to the members of the community I serve,” remarks Williams.
