CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Bart Houlahan, co-founder of the B Corporation movement and a renowned social entrepreneur, has joined Irrational Capital as a Partner. He has created standards, policies, tools, and programs for purpose-driven businesses. Before founding B Lab in 2006, Houlahan served as President and Chief Operating Officer at AND 1, a global basketball footwear and apparel brand.

His achievements include being a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, winning the 2014 Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship, and being named the 2022 Marion & John Kreamer Social Entrepreneur of the Year. Furthermore, he serves on several Boards, including the Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship at Duke University.
