Authorities Seeking Public’s Help to Identify Arson Suspect

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying an arson suspect.

Authorities stated that on December 25, 2022, at approximately 12:37 am, the suspect put a combustible object on the windshield of a complainant’s vehicle and then used an open flame and accelerant to cause a fire. The complainant’s vehicle was severely damaged as a result. The suspect is described as an unknown male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gray and white sneakers.
