Authorities Release Video of Suspect in Fatal Hit-and-Run

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department has released video footage of the suspect involved in a fatal hit-and-run.

The accident occurred on November 30th, at approximately 2:30 am, at the intersection of Frankford and Glenwood Avenues. The 36-year-old pedestrian was fatally struck by the suspect’s vehicle and he then fled the scene. The suspect is described as a dark-skinned male with a unique braid hairstyle. He was wearing a black puffy jacket, dark-colored pants and boots, and was carrying a light-colored bag.
