PHILADELPHIA, PA — Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help in identifying the individuals seen in a released video clip.
Detective Cifelli of the Central Detective Division states that on May 31, 2023, at approximately 5:02 pm, a passerby was on the 1700 block of Delancey Street and saw two unknown black males exit a Hyundai Accent which had a broken driver’s side rear window. When confronted, the males fled on foot and were last seen south on 17th Street. In addition to the broken window, the vehicle’s steering column was also damaged.
The first suspect is a black male teenager with a slender frame, long curly hair, and a dark hoodie. He was spotted in dark sweatpants with the word “PUMA” on the right calf and multi-colored sneakers. The second suspect is also a black male with a slim build, sporting a blue hoodie, dark jeans, and dark sneakers.
