Arson at Dunkin’: Philadelphia Police Hunting Hooded Perp in Crocs

PHILADELPHIA, PA — A brazen incident of arson occurred at a Dunkin’ store located on the 6600 block of Frankford Ave, on April 30th, 2023. The Philadelphia Police responded to the situation immediately and are now asking for community support to catch the suspect.

Surveillance footage from the scene shows an unknown white male approaching the store, carrying a plastic gas container and a toaster. The suspect is seen setting multiple fires at the location, causing significant damage before fleeing the scene. The authorities are currently searching for a male suspect, who is said to be around 5’9″ with a thin build, wearing a black hoody, dark colored pants, and multi-colored crocs or sandals.

The City Wide Arson Task Force is conducting the investigation into this crime and Detective Ken Golczewski is the lead investigator. They are urging anyone with information on this crime or the suspect to come forward and contact the City Wide Arson Task Force at 215-783-1092.
