Arrest Warrant Issued for Suspected Theft at Home Depot

POTTSTOWN, PA — Lower Pottsgrove Township Police Department announced it is currently searching for 33-year-old Benjamin David Lander who is wanted on an arrest warrant issued on April 18, 2023. The warrant was issued in connection with a suspected theft of over $1,700 in merchandise from the Home Depot located at 295 Armand Hammer Blvd. Pottstown.

According to the police report, on March 22nd, the suspect removed items offered for sale at the Home Depot and passed all points of sale before entering a white van with a business name on it and fleeing the area. The total theft amount totaled $1,783.19. Through an officer’s investigation, he was able to positively identify the perpetrator as Benjamin David Lander.
