With over three decades of manufacturing and design excellence, 3form has partnered with architects and designers to produce custom and standard products that make bold statements through color, texture, and light. The acquisition, which was funded through Armstrong’s revolving credit facility, signifies a strategic step by Armstrong to enrich its portfolio with products that meet the evolving needs of modern architecture and interior design.
