PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Alliance for Decision Education has unveiled its Workforce Council (WFC) aimed at promoting decision-making skills in the workplace. The council seeks to build a network of professionals and organizations committed to Decision Education, emphasizing its pivotal role in the modern workforce.
Adriana Massara, Interim Executive Director of the Alliance, highlighted the growing demand for these skills across industries, stating, “This council will help us ensure that students are learning the decision-making skills in the classroom that will enable them to thrive in the workplace.”
The Workforce Council’s founding members include industry leaders like Ayisha Irfan from Google, Sean Madgett of NYL Ventures, EY’s Rajiv Mehrotra, Eyas Raddad from Lilly Research Laboratories, Rachel Selleck of Providence Healthcare, and Intel’s Jordan Stephens. The council aims to integrate the voices of major employers into advocating for Decision Education in schools nationwide.
