PHILADELPHIA, PA — AIIR® Consulting has opened registration for its AIIR Client Summit, set for September 24-25, 2024, at the Union League Liberty Hill in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. The event is complimentary for qualified senior HR and Talent leaders and promises valuable insights into modern leadership and development strategies.
Held at an executive retreat near Philadelphia, the two-day event features sessions designed to challenge traditional thinking. Highlights include a panel with four CHROs discussing how to prepare for the future of work. Keynotes from Dr. Jonathan Kirschner, AIIR’s founder and CEO, and Dr. Michael Platt, Wharton Neuroscience professor, will cover essential leadership skills and team effectiveness based on the latest research. Attendees will also engage in client spotlights and group discussions on timely topics.
