66-Year-Old Attacked: Philadelphia Police Warn of Carjacking Suspects

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three suspects wanted in a carjacking that occurred on Monday, December 5, 2022.

The victim, a 66-year-old male, was punched and kicked by two of the suspects when he refused to let go of his vehicle door. The suspects then fled in the victim’s silver Lexus RX 350.

  • Suspect #1: Male, unknown race, wearing a distinctive dark-colored sweatshirt with graphics on the front, back and sleeves, dark-colored pants and distinctive sneakers.
  • Suspect #2: Male, unknown race, wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt with “new balance” across the back, dark-colored pants and dark-colored shoes.
  • Suspect #3: Male, unknown race, wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt, two-tone tan and black pants and white shoes.

They were last seen on the 200 block of N. 10th Street in the victim’s vehicle, which was also carrying a white iPhone 12. The victim suffered minor scratches on his hands and legs from the attack.
