47-Year-Old Male Dead, 14-Year-Old Female Injured

WILMINGTON, DE — Tragic news strikes again as Wilmington Police report a fatal shooting incident that occurred Saturday, May 6th, at approximately 9:36 p.m. in the 1800 block of West 3rd Street.

Detective Brandon Mosley stated that Antwine Potts, a 47-year-old male, was critically injured and succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. A 14-year-old female was also shot and is receiving treatment at the hospital.

The tragic incident remains under investigation, and Police are urging anyone with information to come forward and aid in the investigation. Detective Brandon Mosley may be reached at 302-576-3646.
