$20,000 Stolen from Campus Pizza: Detectives Seek Suspect

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Campus Pizza, located at 1000 Diamond Street in Philadelphia, was the scene of a burglary on July 23, 2022.

At 5:31 am, an unknown black male entered the store and made his way behind the counter. He then removed a safe containing $20,000 before fleeing the scene.

Police are asking for help from the public in identifying a suspect who is described as a light skin Black or Hispanic male, 30-years-of-age. The man was last seen wearing a brown towel on his head, a dark-colored shirt, and dark-colored shorts. He appears to be bald and has facial hair. The suspect was also wearing white sneakers.

Anyone with information about this man or this incident is urged to contact Philadelphia’s Central Detective Division at 215-686-3093/3094. Det. Murphy is leading the investigation.
