PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department has opened an investigation into the disappearance of Zahir Clemons, a 14-year-old. He was last seen on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, around 5:00 p.m. in the 2100 block of Titan St.
Zahir is described as 5’7″ tall, weighing 150 lbs., with shoulder-length black braided hair. He was last seen wearing an olive-green hoody, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
