PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department has launched an investigation concerning the disappearance of Emmanuel Williams Jr., a 12-year-old boy. Emmanuel was last spotted on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, in the vicinity of the 5100 block of Chestnut Street.
He is described as being 5′ 0″ tall, weighing 120 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants, and black sneakers.
