Police Need Help Locating Missing 16-Year-Old

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl.

Shonda Freeman was last seen on January 20th, on the 2000 block of N. Marshall St. at 10:00 pm, and police are concerned for her welfare. She is 5’9″, 150lbs, with a medium build and dark brown complexion. She was last seen wearing a black jean jacket, yellow shirt, and pants.
