Pistol Found in Goodwill Donation Bin, State Police Investigating

LONDON GROVE TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police say they are investigating a firearm found in a Goodwill donation bin.

Authorities state that the GSG Firefly .22 caliber handgun was discovered on August 31, 2022, by employees at the Goodwill located at 571 Hepburn Road in London Grove Township, Chester County. In addition to the firearm, also discovered was a safe, a single gold-colored .22 caliber bullet, and a black ammunition magazine. Troopers state this is an ongoing investigation.
