PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
15-year-old George Rankin was last seen on January 10 at 12:00 pm, on the 900 block of N 10th St, and police are concerned for his safety. George is 6’1 and 230 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and a dark complexion.
