PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding 16-year-old Samira Wilson.
She was last seen on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022, and left her DHS facility without permission. Samira is 4′ 10″ tall and 110lbs., with a small build, brown eyes, light brown complexion, brown hair, and was last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and a black pocketbook.
