PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department’s East Detective Division is searching for 15-year-old Richard West, who was last seen on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023, at 7:00 P.M., on the 2600 block of N. Waterloo St.
Richard West is described as a 5′ 4″ male with 110lbs, brown eyes, medium complexion and black curly hair. No clothing description has been given.
“We are asking anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts to please contact us immediately,” remarked an East Detective Division spokesperson. “Richard’s safety is our utmost concern and we urge anyone who may know something or have seen him to come forward.”
The Philadelphia Police Department is actively investigating this case and urges anyone with information about Richard’s whereabouts to contact them at 215-686-3243 or 911 immediately.
