PITTSBURGH, PA — On May 2, 2023, United States District Judge Joy Flowers Conti sentenced Michael Ginyard, a 36-year-old resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to 130 months in prison for heroin and fentanyl trafficking, along with firearm crimes, announced Acting United States Attorney Troy Rivetti.
Judge Conti also ordered Ginyard to serve six years of supervised release after completing his prison sentence.
Assistant United States Attorney Craig W. Haller prosecuted this case on behalf of the United States.
The Pittsburgh Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and the Penn Hills Police Department conducted the investigation in this case.
