DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Pennsylvania State Police have issued an Amber Child Abduction Alert for a three-year-old girl who was last seen in the town of Downingtown.
According to police, Zoe Moss was taken by Vanessa Gutshall, who is described as a white female five-foot-two inches tall and one hundred pounds light brown hair, and blue eyes, wearing blue sweatpants and a blue hooded sweatshirt. The child was last seen in the 400 block of Washington Avenue at around 6:10 PM on October 25th. Gutshall fled the scene in a Gray 2016 Volkswagen Jetta sedan bearing Pennsylvania registration KXR-3699.
