LOWER MORELAND, PA — ESC Philmont, LLC will begin paving operations on Pine Road from Friday, June 7, through Monday, June 17. The work will occur each night from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Pine Road will be closed between Philmont Avenue and Brae Bourn Road during these hours. Motorists will be directed to use Philmont Avenue and Byberry Road as detours.
Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. However, drivers should expect backups and delays near the area. Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time. All activities are weather dependent.
ESC Philmont, LLC is conducting this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
