PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for your help finding 16-year-old Kayla Franco.
She was last seen on September 25, 2022, on the 4900 block of Keyser St. and was reported missing on October 1. Kayla is 5’6″ and 94lbs, with black eyes and a light complexion. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black sandals with the Nike logo.
