PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding 16-year-old Jeseana Hughes.
Jeseana was last seen on March 14, and police are concerned for her safety. She was last seen at 12:00 PM on the 1300 block of W York St., and is known to frequent West Philadelphia. Jeseana is 5’5″, 140 lbs., and has brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans, white sneakers, and two (2) nose piercings.
